Swami Prakash is a spiritual teacher and founder of the Yoga Retreat Center in the Himalayas. He is based in his work on the inspiration and knowledge gained in almost 14 years of solitary spiritual retreat, strong and determined, original and direct, in the high mountains of the Himalayas. The mountains offered him shelter for those years when he gave up his home and family, at the young age of 12, to follow the path of spirituality.
